We were very fortunate to have been awarded the contract with Oliver Kelly Constructions for the mechanical and electrical services on a housing choices project.

The 26 unit strata was built in the northern suburbs of Hobart with views of the Derwent River and MONA.

The complex is supplied by 400mm Aluminum XLPE mains powering a 400 amp main switchboard and seven distribution turrets.

As part of our contract, we provided all underground electrical services including NBN. As well as suppling and installing Daikin air-conditioners in all units. The units have been architecturally designed and fitted out with the latest equipment.
