INGOMAR RESIDENCE

We were fortunate to have been awarded the contract with Oliver Kelly Constructions for the mechanical and electrical services on the Ingomar Residence project in Patrick Street, Hobart.

One of PST’s biggest contracts to date of $2.2m. Consisting of 26 units, Ingomar is a stunning 1897 mansion and luxury new residence in the renowned Hobart waterfront and celebrated North Hobart. The project was designed by distinguished Tasmanian architects and highly considered local developers.

At Ingomar, Hobart, Tasmania, our team successfully delivered comprehensive electrical and mechanical services for both refurbishment and new building projects. The refurbishment involved upgrading and modernising existing systems, including electrical rewiring, lighting installation, and HVAC enhancements to improve energy efficiency and functionality. In the new build, we installed state-of-the-art electrical systems, including power distribution, data cabling, and fire alarm systems, ensuring the building meets the highest standards of safety and performance. Our mechanical services included the design and installation of advanced heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, ensuring a comfortable and energy-efficient environment. Throughout both projects, our expert team worked closely with the client to ensure seamless integration of all systems, delivering results on time and within budget.

The team started on site in January 2023 and officially finished in November 2024.
