115 Allunga Road, Chigwell - 55 new units (pictured)

In August 2024 we completed a 55 unit strata for St Joseph Affordable Homes. They provide significant value to Tasmania through building quality, sustainable and well-designed affordable homes which significantly helps to alleviate the housing crisis and PST are honoured to be apart of these projects. Previously Mount Faulkner Primary School located on just under 3 hectares with site frontage to Allunga Road and Bellette Place, it was transformed to residential homes. As part of our project we completed underground services, excavations, NBN installation and all light and power to each home. The project began in January 2023 with handover occuring mid 2024.

Seven Mile Beach Home

PST have recently completed wiring and fitting out a new home for one of our valued builders Schulze Built. We worked closely with the owners to design and deliver a beautiful end product that they will enjoy for years to come.

190 Mary’s Hope Road – 26 new units (pictured)

In 2020 we were very fortunate to have been awarded the contract with Oliver Kelly Constructions for the mechanical and electrical services on a housing choices project. The 26 unit strata was built in the northern suburbs of Hobart with views of the Derwent River and MONA. The complex is supplied by 400mm Aluminum XLPE mains powering a 400 amp main switchboard and seven distribution turrets. As part of our contract, we provided all underground electrical services including NBN. As well as suppling and installing Daikin air-conditioners in all units. The units have been architecturally designed and fitted out with the latest equipment.
